I would think that your MTB Report re DDU is a False Positive.  Page has not been updated here since June 06, 2017 and Version is 17.0.6.6

Please always search for DDU using google and get the current version from the maker here : https://www.wagnardsoft.com/ 

or the 1st on the page : https://www.guru3d.com/download/display-driver-uninstaller-download/

Please remove DDU Version is 17.0.6.6 from your System.

Uninstall with Revo or Geek Uninstaller : Apple Mobile Device  reinstall later if can wait.

Are you running a VPN  ? There should be no problems of Activation : autoruns.exe  |  Uninstall Sysinternals : explicitly : autoruns.exe

Are you sure a Clean install would not be easier to fix your issues ??

Apparently, there are a lot of False (positives) in that MTB report.

I had downloaded the DDU, but not installed/ran it yet.

I had also downloaded the following, but not yet installed to date: 

 Dwnloaded but not installed.png   6.1KB   0 downloads

I am not running a VPN, nor have I installed the autoruns.exe yet, and though I usually DO use an array of Sysinternals tools, I haven't even downloaded that yet either..

I will open a new post in the Malware forum..... Thanks for your input guys!
