Using 2 AV's at the same time is never a good idea.
You, me and the experts know that and that is why we were not the ones asking for help, you may well find that the OP just didn't want to thank us for helping them tbh

Hmmmmm, but, Mr. Expert, you just suggested to turn off my overclocks, which had nothing to do with the issue. Then after I resolved it with tips from non-expert AMD staff, you told me to not have two anti-viruses turned on at the same time, which might be a good advice, but also has nothing to do with the issue I had.
I'm going to have just Microsoft Defender for now because other anti-viruses always detect Soda PDF as a virus, and that's very annoying for me.

au contraire you appear to be the expert here, not me or AMD
You don`t need to be an expert to state the obvious and fwiw reinstalling Windows not only got rid of the additional AV but also restored all Windows settings in the process, High Performance included.
Regarding the OCing, again I'm not the expert and what you were advised was based 100% based on hard facts as it is AMD that say that you have the inappropriate speed of RAM for their CPU, this was clearly stated in my reply #6;
The RAM is not appropriate for your CPU, AMD state here up to 3200MHz/MT/s and if you have DOCP/EXPO/XMP enabled the RAM will get auto OCd past what the CPU can handle and the PC will become unstable.
Last but not least, I don't know why you are championing AMD, they never fixed the issue, you did when you reinstalled Windows.
I did contact AMD and they responded, but I ended up just reinstalling Windows 10 and the issue is gone.
