Way to many security programs and crapware installed

100% agree

@Corkster2591, if you're still running Kaspersky + Iolo (crapware) plus all the other junk programs, you likely won't be able to determine if a software conflict might be causing your Captcha problems (as seems likely).

The best way to troubleshoot would be to at least temporarily, cleanly, properly uninstall the likely culprits, especially since running multiple "security" apps actually degrades (not enhances) your system security.

If you're not willing to do that, then you could try a "clean boot", which is a temporary, reversible diagnostic tool:

Other than that, a non-destructive repair install via in-place upgrade or a clean install would be in order.

Since we're now 3 pages in, with little real progress (other than to uninstall Malwarebytes?), I have no further suggestions.
