Yes, all your drivers.

Realtek is fine, You have your Speakers and Microphone Disabled by what MTB Report or Speccy.  You have a tons of drivers installed, The Speccy Report is easy, it has headings so it is near the bottom.

From Start-->Search type Sound and will figure it out.

Device Manager is what all the drivers are doing is populating that.  So you would open Device Manager by typing in Start Search device manager and open it.  Once open Look and know what is in there.

Then will know what changes.  or Can disable from there.  As well Mouse up to View and click on Show Hidden Devices.

There should be no yellow warning nor red

i have speakers disbabled. and my camera microphone disabled thats it. but i use my yeti mic everyday and it works.

Did you reboot before trying to install that ??

nah neither of them works. maybe my pc is too new? i have every top end part you can buy. maybe not a big deal?

pkshadow gonna download signal rgb and use that. its an app which controlls all rgb in one app

For Samsung Magician the left bottom corner if has Update then click on it.    It can update the program, or it will say there is Firmware Update.   Sometimes the Firmware will not go in as the drive is a Bulk Buy so will not update.

No, would be a conflict with what ever Driver Easy stuck in.     So next time do a clean install you now have everything you need :=} on the Support Page.

If Fortnite crashes again it will be the lighting software.

EDIT : if not able to : Since rig is nice then suggest Open Settings-->System-->Activate then follow their bouncing ball.

Or Open the Microsoft Store and then Search for MS Buy a key or what...

Suggest : make a MS Account that you only have MS Games and Activation if on it and use for no other other purpose.

Then Sign out of your Account and turn it to a Local Account which seems a little harder these days.

Can also when do a Clean Install Install as a Local Account. 

Yes it still needs activation.

Note : The Microsoft Store is a Integral Part of Updating.  Open the MS Store then down left side to Library and Update what you use.
