A lot of people here use Rufus. If you use Rufus then the workflow becomes,
1. Download the Windows 10 ISO as a file and save it to your computer.
2. Download Rufus as an .exe file and save it to your computer
3. Use Rufus to create a bootable USB stick
This method is often preferable than just using the Windows Media Creation tool because if there is a hiccup in internet traffic while you are downloading the 4 GB file, it will not effect the final product.
