Unfortunately after it sat stable for an hour I tuned it off. On restart it would not post. Tried both cards, cleared cmos. It always hangs in GPU ez debug. They feel wobbly in the graphics socket. I don't trust this hardware now. I am going to take it all back to the store and tell them I want to leave with a stable system. Thanks to everyone for your suggestions. This is a great forum.

Yeah there is something wrong with the slot. It shouldn't wobble at all.

Is the MSI RX 580 the 4gig or the 8gig as the 8x has a crypto mining bios I understand (techpowerup.com)

Any who, no should not wobble for a 2 fan card.

Test if holding it up stops your issue.   They do have stuff for GPU sag which with 3 fans has become a issue with weight.

Maybe something here for sag, cables, brackets, free; some videos as well on topic : https://www.google.com/search?q=hold+up++video+card&client=firefox-b-d&sca_esv=6d943c4643ec31fe&ei=1lvqZdWGHuCL0PEPg-eRwAM&ved=0ahUKEwjVyda-tOOEAxXgBTQIHYNzBDgQ4dUDCBA&oq=hold+up++video+card&gs_lp=Egxnd3Mtd2l6LXNlcnAiE2hvbGQgdXAgIHZpZGVvIGNhcmQyBhAAGB4YDzILEAAYgAQYigUYhgNIrmFQqQhY30ZwAXgBkAEAmAFhoAG4B6oBAjEyuAEMyAEA-AEBmAINoALWB8ICChAAGEcY1gQYsAPCAgYQABgHGB7CAggQABgIGAcYHsICCBAhGKABGMMEwgIKECEYChigARjDBMICDBAhGAoYoAEYwwQYCpgDAIgGAZAGCJIHAjEzoAfHNA&sclient=gws-wiz-serp

Yes, should not need it being a 2 fan GPU.   If is new as state should RMA it.  If no choice try something for sag.
