There is Code View and What ya see View (WYSIWYG). Can try Coffeecup as it is fairly simple but do know if you only use WYSIWYG view you will never learn how to fix your coding mistakes. Use this to learn something : https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_website.asp
I use both Code View and WYSIWYG as most people do to make sure coming out right. Then save and upload and see how it works out.
Near the end of doing that stuff I switched to Templates and customized to what I want.
Note : Templates must leave the ownership/design info in the Code unless purchase Templates.
