* As far as I know, there is no free upgrade to Windows 10 from 7. The link you provided does not show any downloads but opens another page. My friend: IT specialist came over with Windows 10 on a flash drive, yet I refused to install Windows 10. Windows 10 is on its way out and 11 is on the same path. I really dislike the software manufacturer's who keep updating or upgrading 'Windows' just to obtain more money; IMHO.
