  • Download the enclosed file  Attached File  Fixlist.txt   22.26KB   5 downloads
  • Save it in the same location FRST64.exe is saved 
  • Start FRST (FRST64) with Administrator privileges 
  • This time around Press the Fix button and wait
  • When finished, a log file (Fixlog.txt) will pop up and saved in the same location the tool was ran from.

Please attach this file in your next reply. If too large, use an online upload service such as www.wetransfer.com and post the link to it.

Sorry boss we still can't download chrome but we gave up we will use edge from now on xD

Let me help you remove remnants of BitDefender, Chrome and Google. That may help you re-install.

Open FRST64, on the box next to Search, copy and paste the following:

Searchall: Google;Chrome;Bitdefender

Click on Search Files. A log will be produced, Search.txt. Attach this report to your next reply.
