Thanks for responding so quickly. I'm sorry for not understanding the instructions.

I have turned off my AV and successfully have been granted txt files from SysnativeCollection but there's a lot and I don't know which ones to post.
Here is the speccy link.

The SysnativeCollection App should gather the files and zip them.

There should be no loos files if follow the instructions.  There are more than .txt files. There is html and .dmp files is you have collection turned on and you are not running a Cleaning Program that would be deleting them.

Please uninstall Kaspersky with it's Removal Tool : https://support.kaspersky.com/1464

This could be your issue so has to go regardless.  If paid deactivate License so can renew at a later time.

Reboot and Windows Defender will take over.  Note : it is rated in the top 10.

Okay I think I found it. If this doesn't have what we're looking for I will uninstall Kaspersky and try that. This zip also comes with two dmp files I'm not sure if this is normal or not but it should prove promising for debugging the issue.

P.S I have had Kaspersky for over 5 years and it has not interfered with the PC until now.

I see that this is a New Install.

A perfect clean install of Windows 11 is to install it.   install for 10/11 https://pureinfotech.com/clean-install-windows-11/

Then Activate it From Settings-->System-->Activate

Disconnect from the Internet.

From saved Motherboard Drivers : https://ca.msi.com/Motherboard/B450-A-PRO-MAX/support#driver  Install Chipset then SATA Drivers and lots of reboots for all including the rest.

Turn off : anything in Bios that Speeds up the Boot example : ASUS Fast Boot in BIOS for the same reasons as below :

Turn off MS Fast Start : https://www.windowscentral.com/software-apps/windows-11/how-to-enable-or-disable-fast-startup-on-windows-11

Is this what you did ???

Note : No info in  DxDiagx86 under Diagnostics.

Ok, well things are beyond me.   So you are prepped for @ubuysa the BSOD Kernel Expert who will look @ your Dump Files in Post # 6 with luck sometime late this date or early morning Pacific Time.

If anything else you can think of such as what you are doing when system crashes is also helpful.

Here's what I've done so far:
I have done many clean installs including virtually mounting a Windows 11 ISO and 'reinstalled' Windows with 'kept files' option selected. I have also wiped partitions many times while doing a clean install to ultimately get a 'fresh install' of Windows.

I have replaced the CPU cooler.

I have replaced an SSD drive.

I have replaced the thermal paste on the GPU.

Windows is currently activated according to the OS.
I have all the latest chipset drivers from the MSI website installed for the CPU and motherboard, (from that link).

I have reset BIOS to factory settings but have kept XMP enabled, (personally I don't think it's a ram issue).

I have ran Windows memory diagnostic and memtest86 with passes.

I have ran Windows hardware diagnostic.

I have done a Windows image check as well as sfc with no integrity violations.

EDIT
The system crashes when Youtube is open and playing video but can go on for up to 5 days of constant video playing so far. It's not every time. (I often, very often, get an "oh snap!" error when playing video as well from Youtube but I don't think that's related to the crashes [that's why I listed my wifi adaptor in specs in post 1]).  It has also crashed when audio from Tidal/Spotify is playing with games open. However the crashes can be unpredictable and are not limited to these.

There is no commonality between these dumps and no evidence of a third-party driver being involved either. The most likely cause here is bad RAM. You have 32GB of RAM in two sticks, testing that with Memtest86 will take a long time and you won't be able to use the PC at all whilst Memtest86 runs. My best advice then, is to remove one RAM stick for a few days (a week perhaps) or until you get another BSOD. Then swap RAM sticks and run on just the other for a few days, or until you get a BSOD. If it BSODs on just the one RAM stick then that's your problem.

If you don't want to remove RAM sticks then you can test it with Memtest86 as described here...

  • Download Memtest86 (free), use the imageUSB.exe tool extracted from the download to make a bootable USB drive containing Memtest86 (1GB is plenty big enough). Do this on a different PC if you can, because you can't fully trust yours at the moment.

  • Then boot that USB drive on your PC, Memtest86 will start running as soon as it boots.

  • If no errors have been found after the four iterations of the 13 different tests that the free version does, then restart Memtest86 and do another four iterations. Even a single bit error is a failure.

Let us know how you get on.

I have ran Windows hardware diagnostic.

I'll try swapping them out, although I've done this already.
*Is there any possibility that a slot could be malfunctioning and not the ram in this case?

Possible.  Still have to prove it or eliminate it.      A clean install as per Post # 7 with a reboot after each driver and installed in the order as outlined. Then again having to eliminate it or prove it.

OK. I will do the swapping and monitor the issue. I'm got one in right now and it hasn't crashed in 12 hours. I'm thinking about getting a new kit anyway since DDR4 is super cheap. Be back soon.
