The TechPowerUp GPU-Z tool can show your GPU Temperature & Load in real-time in the SysTray in Windows. GPU-Z is free and available from here: GPU-Z Graphics Card GPU Information Utility.

There is an installer version and a portable version if you do not want to install this tool on your computer(s). Here is how: Open Settings by clicking the hamburger icon in the upper right corner of GPU-Z.

Then, check the checkbox "Load GPU-Z on Windows startup" and the checkbox "Start minimized." Doing this will create a scheduled task automatically running GPU-Z as minimized to the SysTray on startup in Windows.

When you hover your mouse pointer over the GPU-Z icon in the SysTray, it will show the GPU Temperature & Load. I have done this on my desktop-only computer and can confirm that the above course of action works well.

However, upon manually updating GPU-Z, ensure that you disable and reenable the two said checkboxes in GPU-Z. Because otherwise, when you start and restart your computer, the system cannot find the file specified.

Good luck! :)
